^**Elena Sparrow, Ph.D., Associate Professor in the School of Agriculture and Land Resources Management, is a research scientist with the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) in Fairbanks, AK 99775-7200; ffebs@uaf.edu. Dr. Sparrow is Co-Principal Investigator for the GLOBE phenology protocols and the Coordinator of the Alaska GLOBE Partnership at UAF.
